The ‘How to Adult’ program & Working on Wellness has teamed up with OzHarvest NEST to bring you 2.5 hours of fun interactive activities, practical cooking classes, and the sharing of a meal together.
SESSION 3: How to ‘Cook Healthily on a Small Budget’
We all need to be nourished with good healthy food and good company. Come along to learn and be inspired how to be both Food Waste Fighters, and also how to cook healthily on a small budget. There will be trivia, light-hearted conversation, cooking and eating together!
